Allen K. Calhoun
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/
PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Allen serves as both our CEO and Preconstruction Manager. Allen brings over thirty-eight years of estimating experience across a wide range of projects. He is particularly skilled in conceptual estimating and value engineering.
Allen is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction.
Brent Nitschke, P. E.
PRESIDENT
Brent brings over twenty-five years of construction experience from a wide variety of project types. He is skilled at feasibility studies, planning and scheduling, value engineering and construction detailing.
Brent is a 2016 graduate of the Urban Land Institute, Center for Leadership and is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of ULI.
Brent holds a MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a licensed structural engineer in Georgia and Virginia, and a licensed commercial general contractor in Georgia.
Susan J. Gatins
CONTROLLER
As the corporate controller of Lusk Commercial Contractors, Susan Gatins oversees the accounting, financial management and treasury functions of the company. Susan brings over thirty years of experience in construction and development as well as property management accounting.
Susan is a registered Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Darla School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Bryan Rogers
VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
Bryan brings over twenty years experience in construction operations. He is responsible for project management and development of our operations staff. Under his leadership, many of our projects have won numerous awards and distinctions including several Build Georgia Awards from the Associated General Contractors of Georgia.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kennesaw State University and is also a Registered LEED Accredited Professional.
Tyler White
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Tyler has over fifteen years experience in the construction industry. Since joining Lusk, Tyler has quickly become a key player in our operations team. Tyler is responsible for project management, and technical resource officer for our field staff. Under his leadership, several of our projects have won recognition from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Associated General Contractors of Georgia.
Tyler earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a special emphasis in Management from the University of North Georgia.
