FEATURED PROJECT
This project was the final construction piece for the City of Duluth on Duluth Town Green. It involved converting a parking lot into a multi-purpose green space, adding sidewalks and tiered seating, and building a 2-story, roof-top bar restaurant space that became home to LR Burger. This project was a combination of City-lead development on the green space and private developer-lead construction on the restaurant space.
