Description: This project was a full renovation of an existing building in Midtown. The project included a new sanctuary space with a seating capacity of 515, renovation of existing restroom facilities, demolition of existing kitchen, addition of auxiliary spaces for a sanctuary, audio/visual production suites, green rooms, camera platform, broadcast booth, restrooms, storage facilities, IT and server rooms. The renovation also included a children’s ministry area, nursery rooms, preschool age rooms with restrooms and handwashing stations, children’s chapel, stroller room, resource center, and security station.
