Description: Gateway Valley and Village Manor is a renovation to an existing 54 unit, mixed-income apartment complex. As our third collaboration with Affordable Housing Solutions, this property was enhanced with all new interior and exterior finishes, a playground area, two heavy timber pavilions, a heavy timber monument sign, a community garden, landscaping, new parking lot and a new storm water drainage system.
