Description: This 50-unit housing facility consisted of a renovation and an addition. The renovation aspect was comprised of an existing building constructed in the early 1900s with brick-and-mortar and heavy timbers. The total square footage was 22,649 with three stories above-grade and one below-grade. LUSK also erected a new two-story structure above an adjacent restaurant space.
